What formats can you provide?
Whether you need widescreen magic, vertical cuts for social media, or crisp cinematic quality, we’ve got the tools to deliver.
We work with all the standard formats: 16:9, 9:16, 1:1, and 4:3, in resolutions ranging from 1080p to stunning 4K and 6K. Need something specific? Just say the word. We’ll make sure your video looks perfect, no matter where or how it’s viewed.
How long does it take to make a video?

Seriously though, it depends on the project!
A simple shoot-and-edit job can have a first draft in your hands within a week. Need it faster? We’ve tackled 24-hour turnarounds before, and we’re up for a challenge (within reason). For larger, more complex productions, you’re looking at anywhere from two to four weeks from pre-production to the final cut.
During planning, we’ll work out a timeline that suits your needs, and we’ll move mountains (or at least work really hard) to stick to it.
What input to production should I give?
How hands-on do you want to be?
That’s entirely up to you! Some clients give us creative free rein, while others love being part of the process from start to finish. At the very least, we’ll need a bit of input during planning—think branding assets, logos, and general vibes you’re going for. Don’t worry if you don’t have a script or a solid concept yet; we’ll help you get there. During filming, most clients let us handle the heavy lifting, but if you want to weigh in on casting, music, or stylistic choices, we’re all for it.
Once the first edit is ready, you’ll have the chance to tweak and refine until it’s what you envisioned.
Can you edit my existing video?
Oh, absolutely! Got a pile of footage gathering dust? Send it our way.
We’ll take that raw material and turn it into something polished, engaging, and ready to shine. Whether it’s a promo clip, a highlight reel, or something else entirely, we’re here to help you make the most of what you’ve got.
Do I own the completed film?
Of course! Once the project is done and the invoice is sorted, the video is 100% yours.
You can use it however you like—post it, share it, screen it, you name it. Just a heads-up: if we’ve purchased music or worked with specific talent releases for your project, there may be some usage rights to keep in mind. And of course each project has it’s specifics so this is just a general rule of thumb. Don’t stress, we’ll guide you through all the legal stuff and make sure everything’s above board.
I’ve never done video before… can you help?
First time? No worries at all! We love working with newcomers to the world of professional video.
